Regular sport band fits me perfect using the forth hole from the end. The Nike sport band is too loose using the forth hole and pretty tight using the third hole. Held them together and the holes on the Nike sport . I much prefer the Milanese band. I have no issues with it loosening up throughout the day, and the mesh allows it to breathe. The sport band is almost too small. I need to wear it on the last notch. Also, the "plastic-ness" of the fluoroelastomer band does not breathe. I just feels "sticky" on my wrist.

So if you plan to wear it to the gym, you just wash it and dry it with a towel and you’re done. The sport loop will take a bit longer to dry after you wash it, but I’ve only owned a sport loop for a short week and I understand it dries quickly. Both are comfortable.
